Lawyer Referral Service Annual Fees:

RCBA Members, in good standing, who maintain a full-time office in Rockland County and are admitted to the N.Y. Bar more than 2 years: $100
RCBA Members, in good standing, who maintain a full-time office in Rockland County and are admitted to the N.Y. Bar 2 years or less: $75
Non-RCBA Members, in good standing, who maintain a full-time office in Rockland County: $200

New York State Courts E-Filing (NYSCEF)

E-Filing enables attorneys to file court documents from the convenience of their office or from any place with an internet connection at any time of day or night, every day of the year.  Service of electronically filed documents is performed automatically via e-mail.  When filing fees are paid via credit card at the time of e-filing, the file date of the document is the time of transmission.  There is no cost to use the system, though regular filing fees must be paid.

Judiciary Review & Screening Application

The Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commissions (IJEQCs) are a statewide network of independent screening panels for judicial candidates. The screening process is designed to ensure that voters are provided with as much information as possible about the qualifications of candidates for judicial office.

RCBA MAILING LABELS: RCBA mailing labels are available to Members of the Association for the following purposes only: announcement cards for address changes, formation of firm, partnerships/associations, or to the general public when seeking public office. You will be asked to sign an agreement that you will use the labels only once for an authorized purpose and not for any unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to solicitation for charitable organizations, civic organizations, personal or any commercial purposes.
