Uncontested Divorce 101! This training will provide an overview of the law governing uncontested divorce in New York including grounds and residency requirements, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to file and obtain an uncontested divorce for a client. RCBA will be conducting a Pro Bono Uncontested Divorce clinic and attorneys interested in participating in the clinic should enroll in the training if they are unfamiliar with uncontested divorces. The training is open to all!
